Every active run against the calendar. Phase dates are working days counted forward from each client's start date — this is a view, not a place to reschedule.

Run this in the Supabase SQL editor, then enable RLS with a policy for your team. If your existing sop_runs / sop_step_state columns differ, send me the real shape and I'll match it rather than migrating your data.

How it behaves

Checkmarks and notes write through the moment you make them, and the app re-reads every ten seconds, so Lisa and Felix see the same run. Template edits sync too — the SOP lives in sop_templates, so a cleanup pass reaches everyone. Not connected means everything falls back to this browser only.
